Returns Policy

Charge the PowerAway Battery fully before your first trip and do not connect it to the machine during that initial charge. The manual specifies this explicitly, and skipping it can affect how the battery calibrates its charge level over time.
When you activate airplane mode on the machine by pressing the Bluetooth button until the light turns white, you also lose access to the MySleepDash app for the duration of the flight. Use the physical power button on the machine to start and stop therapy, not the app.
If you want uninterrupted therapy during a power outage at home, connect the battery between the wall adapter and the machine rather than using the battery alone. That setup lets the machine switch to battery power automatically if the outlet goes out.
