Important Tips

  • Settle your seal size first. Download the Evora Full size guide on this page, print it and see whether Extra Small, Small-Medium or Large matches your face. Between sizes, choose the Fit Pack. For measuring tips, read our CPAP mask sizing guide.
  • Reposition before you tighten. Hook both headgear clips onto the frame, then snug the top straps before the bottom straps. Leaking? Lift the seal away and let it settle back, then check again before touching the straps. For a larger head, the Evora Full headgear in Extra Large is sold separately.
  • Connect in this order. From the machine outward: WhisperSoft muffler on the air outlet if you use it, TransFlex hose, AirMist HME adapter, and finally the mask. Own another standard 22 mm CPAP mask? It connects to the Micro 510 as well.
  • Treat the HME cartridge as disposable. Handle it only by its plastic housing, do not rinse it, and throw it out after 3 to 7 days of use. Longer than a week away? Bring spare AirMist HME cartridges (sold separately).
  • Change the air filter every two weeks. Check it weekly and swap it sooner in dusty, smoky or humid rooms. Only Micro 510 filters fit; replacement 510 woven filters and 510 hypoallergenic filters are sold separately.
  • Give the seal and frame a wash after each use. Hand-wash in lukewarm soapy water, no soaking longer than 10 minutes, and skip alcohol, bleach or antibacterial cleaners. Wash the headgear, swivel and tube every 7 days, and replace the mask within 12 months; a replacement Evora Full cushion (sold separately) refreshes the seal in between.
  • Dry the hose before you pack. After therapy, one press of the dry cycle button runs the blower at low speed for 30 minutes. Every week, wash the hose, muffler and HME adapter; swap them at the 3-month mark with a Micro 510 WhisperSoft muffler kit (hose and muffler, sold separately).
  • Flying? Prepare the day before. Keep the machine in your carry-on, print the FAA letter from this page, and call your airline, since some need advance notice. When you board, hold the Bluetooth button until the light is white; start therapy afterward with Power.
  • Traveling abroad? Bring plugs only. Its power adapter takes any outlet voltage from 100 to 240 V. Your box holds a PSA4 or PSA5 power adapter, so check its label before you buy plugs; our Transcend travel plug adapters (sold separately) are listed for the PSA5 in the Micro 510 manual.
  • Off-grid power, sold separately: the Micro 510 has no built-in battery; add the Transcend Micro PowerAway battery for camping, long flights or outages.
  • Soft travel bag, sold separately: the Transcend SleepPak travel bag keeps your Micro 510 and essential accessories organized in one travel-ready bag.

The Transcend Micro 510 is a travel-size CPAP machine that weighs 0.48 lb and measures 3.6 in x 3.6 in x 2.4 in. It fits easily in a bag without taking up much space while still supporting a full pressure range. Available colors include Midnight Blue, Petal Pink, Graphite Gray, and Birch White.

CPAP and Auto-CPAP Modes
The Micro 510 runs in CPAP mode or Auto-CPAP mode. CPAP delivers one fixed pressure, while Auto-CPAP adjusts within a set range as you breathe. Default settings are 4 to 20 cm H2O, meaning centimeters of water pressure. Ramp mode can begin lower and increase gradually for a smoother start.

Standard 22 mm Mask Compatibility
The Micro 510 uses a standard 22 mm mask connection, which is the most common hose connection in CPAP setups. If your current mask already uses a 22 mm connector, you can usually keep it. No brand-specific adapter is needed, only a compatible mask and hose configuration for your setup.

FAA Compliant for Flights

Transcend's February 2026 FAA letter, which you can print from the downloads on this page, states that the Micro 510 meets FAA requirements for use in flight. Altitude adjustment is automatic from 0 to 8,000 ft, with no setting to change on the road.

Each morning, MySleepDash on your phone shows usage hours, mask leak and AHI from the Micro 510 over Bluetooth. A high leak reading is your cue to refit the Evora Full. The app is optional: press Power, or just breathe into the mask with SleepStart, and therapy begins.

What does this bundle add over the original Transcend Micro Evora Full bundle?

Both pair a Transcend Micro with the same F&P Evora Full mask and deliver the same pressure range, sound level and palm-size design. This one uses the Micro 510, which adds a hard shell case and an AirMist HME in the box, a 3-year warranty instead of 2 years, four color choices, 510-specific filters and the TransFlex hose, plus a Fit Pack mask option. The original version costs less and comes in white.

Should I order a single Evora Full size or the Fit Pack?

Order a single size if the Evora Full size guide clearly puts you in Extra Small, Small-Medium or Large; you get that one seal. Choose the Fit Pack if you fall between sizes: the mask comes fitted with the Small-Medium seal and includes the Extra Small and Large seals to try. Every option ships with standard headgear.

How does the TransFlex hose connect to the Micro 510?

With a twist lock: line up the arrows, push the hose onto the outlet (or onto the WhisperSoft muffler, if you use it) and turn it clockwise until it seats, then turn it counterclockwise to take it off. The mask end is a standard 22 mm connection.

Which color and mask size combinations can I order?

Any of the four Micro 510 colors (Midnight Blue, Petal Pink, Graphite Gray or Birch White) pairs with any Evora Full option: an Extra Small, Small-Medium or Large seal, or the Fit Pack with all three. That makes 16 combinations, and each one ships with standard headgear.

Is the Evora Full a good choice if full face masks make me feel claustrophobic?

It is a strong option. It sits under your nose rather than over it, leaving your eyes and nose bridge clear. In F&P's internal 2020 study of 44 participants, 98% said they never or rarely felt claustrophobic while wearing it.

Will the included headgear fit me?

Every option ships with the Standard headgear, which fits most people. If it feels tight, the Extra Large Evora Full headgear is sold separately; it is not part of the Fit Pack.
