AirMini Travel Bundles

Our ResMed AirMini travel bundles pair the ResMed AirMini AutoSet travel CPAP with your choice of ResMed mask and the matching AirMini setup pack, all in one order.

To use a ResMed AirMini you need the machine, a compatible ResMed mask and its AirMini setup pack: its proprietary air outlet does not accept a standard 22 mm CPAP hose, and the AirMini tubing comes in the setup pack, not in the machine box. The AirMini meets FAA requirements for all phases of air travel.

Choose your AirMini bundle by mask

The AirFit N20, AirTouch N20, AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 have magnetic headgear clips and must not be used if you, or anyone in close physical contact with you, has an active medical implant that interacts with magnets or a ferromagnetic metallic implant or object.

A prescription is required, and every AirMini bundle is FSA/HSA eligible. Own an AirMini already? Shop AirMini setup packs and connectors or AirMini accessories, or see all travel CPAP machines.

FAQs

What do I need to use a ResMed AirMini, and what comes in an AirMini bundle?

You need three things: the machine, a compatible ResMed mask and the matching AirMini setup pack, because the AirMini machine box does not include tubing or a mask. Every bundle ships all three. The AirMini AutoSet comes with its 20W power supply and cord, a drawstring bag, a standard air filter and the user guide. Every bundle also includes one spare AirMini standard filter. Your ResMed mask comes with its AirMini setup pack, which adds the AirMini tubing (6 ft 2 in) and the parts that connect your mask; with the AirFit P10 and AirFit N30, the for AirMini mask comes inside the pack. The AirMini carries a 2-year ResMed machine warranty. Replacement AirMini tubing and AirMini filters are sold separately.

Do I need a prescription, and are AirMini bundles FSA/HSA eligible?

Yes to both. In the United States the AirMini is a prescription device, so we need a valid CPAP prescription before your bundle ships. You can upload your prescription online, email it to [email protected] or fax it, and if you can't find it, we can request it from your doctor. Need to renew an existing CPAP prescription? RxExpress does it online. No diagnosis yet? A home sleep test can get you diagnosed from home. Every AirMini bundle is FSA/HSA eligible, and you can pay with HSA or FSA funds.

Which ResMed masks can I get in an AirMini bundle, and can I use my own mask?

The ResMed AirMini does not take a standard 22 mm CPAP hose, so each mask connects through its own AirMini setup pack, and not every ResMed mask has one. Our bundles come with one of six: the AirFit P10 for AirMini, AirFit N30 for AirMini, AirFit N20, AirTouch N20, AirFit F20 or AirTouch F20. The AirFit and AirTouch N20 and F20 bundles also come in For Her sizes. If you already own an AirFit or AirTouch N20 mask, the AirMini N20 setup pack connects it; for an AirFit or AirTouch F20, use the AirMini F20 setup pack. The standard AirFit P10 and AirFit N30 do not connect to the AirMini; only the AirFit P10 for AirMini and AirFit N30 for AirMini mask packs do. See all AirMini setup packs. The AirFit N30i, AirTouch N30i and AirFit F40 do not work with the AirMini.

Nasal pillows, nasal or full face: which AirMini bundle should I choose?

Pick by how you breathe at night. Nose breathers can use the AirFit P10 for AirMini (pillows), the AirFit N30 for AirMini (under-the-nose cradle) or the AirFit and AirTouch N20 (nasal). If you breathe through your mouth, choose the AirFit or AirTouch F20 full face. AirFit cushions are silicone and AirTouch cushions are memory foam.

Which AirMini bundles have magnetic mask parts?

The AirFit N20, AirTouch N20, AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 have magnetic headgear clips; the AirFit P10 for AirMini and AirFit N30 for AirMini are magnet-free. Do not use a mask with magnets if you, or anyone in close physical contact with you while you use it, has an active medical implant that interacts with magnets, such as a pacemaker, ICD, neurostimulator, CSF shunt, or insulin or infusion pump. The same applies to a metallic implant or object containing ferromagnetic material, such as aneurysm clips, embolic coils, stents, valves, ocular implants or metal splinters in the eye. Keep the mask magnets at least 6 in (150 mm) away from implants or medical devices that magnetic fields may affect, and ask your doctor if you are unsure.

Which HumidX works with each AirMini bundle?

HumidX is optional waterless humidification for the AirMini, and the type depends on your mask. Our AirFit P10, AirFit N30, AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20 bundles include one HumidX and one HumidX Plus; use HumidX Plus in very dry air, such as an aircraft cabin or at altitude. The AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 bundles include one HumidX F20, the waterless humidifier made for those full face masks. Replace HumidX and HumidX Plus within 30 days of opening and HumidX F20 after 30 days of use; none of them is washable.

Can I take my AirMini bundle on a plane?

Yes, with any mask in this collection: ResMed confirms the AirMini is FAA compliant for every phase of a flight. Seat power and carry-on rules vary by airline, so check yours before you fly. Our guide to flying with a CPAP machine covers TSA screening and airline tips.

Is a battery included in an AirMini bundle?

No. The ResMed AirMini has no built-in battery, and our bundles do not include one: it runs from its 20W power supply on 100 to 240 V outlets. In a car or boat, ResMed's AirMini DC converter (sold separately) runs it from a 12 V or 24 V socket on negative-ground systems; it is not for use on a plane.

Should I buy an AirMini bundle or the ResMed AirMini alone?

Choose a bundle if you do not have an AirMini mask setup yet: it ships the machine, your ResMed mask and the matching AirMini setup pack in one order. If you already own an AirFit or AirTouch N20 or F20 mask, the AirMini AutoSet on its own plus the matching setup pack also works. For the pros and cons, read our ResMed AirMini review.
