CPAP mask replacement parts

Mask parts wear out long before the rest of your CPAP setup. A worn cushion leaks, stretched headgear stops holding a seal, and a cracked frame or elbow lets air escape. Replacing the part instead of the whole mask keeps your therapy comfortable and saves money.

When to replace each part

As a general guide, replace cushions and pillows every 1 to 3 months, and headgear and frames about every 6 months. Replace any part sooner if it is torn, stretched, or no longer sealing, and follow your manufacturer's schedule for your specific mask.
