You can choose a clear silicone frame or a soft, reversible fabric frame, and the Fit Pack brings a few cushion sizes so you can dial it in at home. We pair it with the React Health G3 X, an auto-adjusting machine with its humidifier built in for warm, steady air.

Returns Policy

Fit the Wisp lying down in your actual sleep position before your first night. Place the cushion below the nose bridge at the tip of the nose, then connect the headgear clips. The cushion inflates with air pressure to form the seal, so you do not need to tighten the headgear aggressively.
If you notice leaks, try repositioning the cushion slightly lower rather than tightening the headgear. Overtightening is the most common cause of persistent leaks with this mask. A properly fitted Wisp holds its seal with light headgear tension.
Try all three included cushion sizes before settling on one. Fit differences between Small/Medium, Large, and Extra Large can be subtle but meaningful for seal quality. If none seal well, the Petite size is available separately.
The Wisp uses magnetic headgear clips. Keep the mask at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from pacemakers, implanted defibrillators (ICDs), neurostimulators, CSF shunts, insulin or infusion pumps, certain metallic stents and aneurysm clips, and metallic eye implants. This applies to you and to anyone who sleeps near you. If this is a concern, ask your doctor or order the non-magnetic replacement clips.
Side sleepers: the fabric frame option has a soft suedette side that rests more comfortably against a pillow than the clear silicone frame. Try both sides of the reversible frame to find which texture suits you best.
If your mouth opens during therapy, add a chin strap. The Wisp seals only over the nose, so mouth breathing will break the seal and reduce pressure delivery.
The quick-release elbow disconnects from the front of the mask when you need to get up at night. Reconnect it when you return. You do not need to remove the headgear to take a break.
Rinse the cushion and frame daily with warm water and mild soap, and let all parts air dry completely before reassembling. Do not use ozone cleaners or alcohol-based products on the cushion or frame.
Replace the Wisp cushion every 1 to 3 months depending on wear. A cushion that has lost firmness or shows visible cracking will not hold a seal reliably. Keep a spare on hand so a worn cushion does not interrupt your therapy.
Use distilled water only in the humidifier, and clean with approved CPAP cleaning supplies (avoid ozone cleaners, which void the warranty).
Replace the reusable air filter about every 6 months, and the optional ultra-fine filter about every 2 weeks.
