Overview

The DreamWisp is for nasal breathers who hate feeling tied to the hose. The tube connects at the top of your head and the air travels through the frame, so you can sleep on your side or stomach, turn freely, and keep a clear line of sight, while the cushion stays small and low around your nose.

We pair it with the React Health G3 X, which adjusts your pressure breath by breath and comes with its heated humidifier built in, so you get steady, comfortable therapy with no setup hassle.

Guide and Resources

Important Tips

  • Use the Philips size guide in the box to pick your starting cushion size. Fit the mask while lying in your sleep position. The cushion should seal snugly below the nose bridge without pressing the nostrils closed or leaving red marks.
  • The DreamWisp headgear uses magnetic clips. Keep the mask at least 6 inches (150 mm) from any implanted device, including pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, and metallic implants. This applies to you and anyone who sleeps near you. Talk to your doctor if this is a concern before ordering.
  • Route the hose up and over your pillow toward the headboard. The top-of-head connection means the hose stays above you when you roll, so you can move freely without dragging the mask or breaking the seal.
  • If you wake up with leaks, try the next cushion size before tightening the headgear straps. Overtightening is one of the most common causes of both leaks and pressure marks with nasal masks. A snug fit, not a tight one, is the goal.
  • Rinse the cushion and frame daily with warm water and mild soap and let all parts air dry before reassembling. Clean headgear by hand weekly. Do not use ozone-based cleaners on the mask.
  • Replace the DreamWisp cushion every 1 to 3 months or when you notice leaks, visible wear, or discoloration. A fresh cushion is the simplest fix for seal problems that develop over time.
  • The DreamWisp is for nasal breathers. If you breathe through your mouth during sleep, add a chin strap to keep your mouth closed, or consider a different mask style.
  • If you need backup power for travel or power outages, a compatible CPAP power solution keeps therapy running. The G3 X runs on 100 to 240V, so a plug adapter is all you need internationally.
  • Use distilled water only in the humidifier, and clean with approved CPAP cleaning supplies (avoid ozone cleaners, which void the warranty).
  • Replace the reusable air filter about every 6 months, and the optional ultra-fine filter about every 2 weeks.

Product Features

Foam-Free, One Less Worry

If the recent foam recalls left you wary, the G3 X is built without the internal sound-abatement foam, and React Health introduces it as the first standard-size foam-free PAP available in the U.S. It still runs quietly, around 28 dB(A) per the manufacturer, so it is easy to sleep next to.

Pressure That Adjusts to You

You should not have to think about pressure settings. In auto mode, the Smart A feature reads your breathing over several nights and fine-tunes your range, so therapy stays comfortable as your needs change. Prefer a set pressure? It runs in fixed CPAP mode too.

Comfort Built In: Humidifier and Heated Tubing

Dry air is one of the most common reasons people give up on CPAP. This G4600 includes the integrated heated humidifier and heated tubing, so the air reaches you warm and you see less water buildup (rainout) in the hose. Use distilled water to keep the chamber clean.

Sleep in Any Position, Hose Stays Above You

The DreamWisp hose exits at the crown of your head, and air travels through the hollow frame before reaching the cushion. Side sleepers, stomach sleepers, and active movers get a clear face and no hose to roll onto.

Minimal Contact Below the Nose, Clear Sightline

The cushion seals around and below the nose bridge without touching it and without inserting into the nostrils. Your full visual field stays open for glasses, reading, and screens. Five cushion sizes and a Fit Pack let you match the seal to your face.

Magnetic Quick-Release Headgear for Easy On and Off

The headgear clips are magnetic for fast on and off each night. Dual exhalation ports and a 360-degree swivel keep exhaled air moving away from you and let the hose follow your position changes without tugging. Note: this mask is not magnet-free. See the tips and FAQs if you have an implanted device.

No Foam to Worry About, Ever

The G3 X removes the internal sound-abatement foam from the air path entirely. You get the same quiet, effective therapy without the concern about foam breaking down over time the way it did in older CPAP machines.

Pressure That Adjusts to How You Sleep

The Smart A algorithm tracks your recent therapy and raises or lowers pressure on its own, so you are never stuck at a setting that no longer fits you. Comfort improves as the machine learns your patterns without any manual changes.

Gentle, Humid Air All Night

The built-in heated humidifier and heated tubing warm the air before it reaches you, reducing the dryness and irritation that cause people to stop using their CPAP. Everything you need for humidified therapy is already inside the machine.

Low Noise for a Peaceful Bedroom

The G3 X runs at under 28 dB(A), which puts it well below normal conversation level. You and whoever sleeps next to you can rest without the machine becoming part of the noise in the room.

Effortless Therapy Tracking, No Wi-Fi

A built-in 4G connection sends your sleep data to the React Health Connect platform each night. There is no network to set up, no password to enter, and no manual uploads. You can check your progress through the patient app or the on-device display anytime.

FAQs

Does the DreamWisp have magnets, and is it safe with a pacemaker or implanted device?

Yes, the DreamWisp Nasal uses magnetic headgear clips, so it is not magnet-free. Keep the magnets at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from pacemakers, defibrillators (ICDs), neurostimulators, CSF shunts, insulin or infusion pumps, certain metallic stents, aneurysm clips, and metallic eye implants. This applies to both you and anyone who sleeps near you. If this is a concern, talk to your doctor before ordering or choose a magnet-free mask instead.

What cushion and frame sizes does the DreamWisp come in?

The DreamWisp Nasal cushion comes in five sizes: Petite, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. A Fit Pack is also available so you can compare cushion sizes at home. The frame comes in three sizes. Use the Philips size guide included in the box to find your starting size.

Who is the DreamWisp Nasal best suited for?

The DreamWisp works well for nasal breathers who sleep on their side or stomach, watch TV or read in bed, or wear glasses. The top-of-head hose keeps the front of your face clear, and the under-nose cushion leaves your sightline open. It is not the right choice for mouth breathers unless a chin strap is added.

How is the DreamWisp Nasal different from the DreamWear Nasal?

Both masks route the hose to the top of the head, but they differ in where the cushion sits. The DreamWisp cushion seals below and around the nose bridge. The DreamWear Nasal uses nasal pillows that sit at the base of the nostrils. If you find nasal pillows uncomfortable or prefer a cushion that does not insert into the nostrils, the DreamWisp is worth trying.

Can I sleep on my side or stomach with the DreamWisp?

Yes. The hose exits at the crown of the head, so it stays above you rather than getting caught between your face and the pillow. Side sleepers and stomach sleepers generally find the DreamWisp comfortable because there is nothing in front of the face to press against the mattress or break the seal when you roll over.

How do I clean the DreamWisp cushion and frame?

Rinse the cushion and frame daily with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap. Let all parts air dry completely before reassembling. Do not use ozone-based cleaners on the mask. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners on the cushion, as these degrade the silicone over time.

When should I replace the DreamWisp cushion?

Replace the cushion approximately every 1 to 3 months, or sooner if you notice persistent leaks, discoloration, or visible wear to the silicone. A worn cushion is one of the most common causes of seal loss in nasal masks. Replacement cushions are available through us directly.

Do I need a prescription, and is the bundle FSA or HSA eligible?

Yes to both. The G3 X is a prescription device, so a valid Rx is required, and the bundle is FSA and HSA eligible. If your prescription has lapsed, we can help eligible U.S. residents renew it.

What warranty comes with the bundle, and can I fly with it?

The React Health G3 X carries a 5-year machine warranty, and the mask carries its own manufacturer warranty, so the two are covered separately. The G3 X also meets FAA requirements (RTCA DO-160) for use during all phases of flight.

What does foam-free mean, and does the machine need Wi-Fi?

Foam-free means the G3 X has no internal sound-abatement foam in the air path. The user-replaceable intake filter is a separate part. The machine shares data over a built-in 4G cellular modem, so no Wi-Fi setup is needed.
