Nova Nasal Sizing Guide

Returns Policy

Fit the Nova Nasal lying down in your usual sleep position. The RollFit cushion seals under therapy pressure, so let the machine reach your working pressure before adjusting the headgear tightness.
If you are between sizes, order the Fit Pack (NVN1SMLA) to test Small, Medium, and Large cushions at home before committing to one size.
If you wake with leaks, try a different cushion size before tightening the headgear. The SwingFit is designed to hold position with a light, even fit, and overtightening almost always makes leaks worse.
Use the over-the-head tube clip to route the hose up and away from your face. This reduces hose pull on the mask when you change positions during the night.
The Nova Nasal is for nasal breathers only. If you breathe through your mouth or wake with a dry mouth, add a chin strap to keep your mouth closed during the night.
Rinse the RollFit cushion, headgear, and diffuser daily with warm water and mild soap, and let all parts air dry before reassembling. Do not put any Nova Nasal components in the dishwasher.
Replace the RollFit cushion approximately every 3 months or sooner if you notice persistent leaks, softness loss, or visible wear. Replacement cushions are sold separately.
The diffuser is washable and reusable. Follow the replacement schedule in the Nova Nasal use and care guide to keep exhaled air quiet and the exhalation path clear.
