Returns Policy

Use the F&P myMask app to find your Evora Full cushion size before the mask arrives. F&P reports over 91% median sizing accuracy in a separate 2023 study.
Fill the G3 X water chamber with distilled water only, since tap water leaves mineral deposits that can damage the humidifier over time.
Do not fill the water chamber above the maximum fill line, since overfilling can let water enter the air circuit and the machine.
Wear the Evora Full headgear snug but not tight. The floating seal is designed to maintain contact with light tension, and overtightening can cause leaks.
Fit the cushion with your mouth slightly open in a natural resting position, so the under-the-nose design sets its seal correctly before you tighten the straps.
Do not use ozone-based cleaners on the G3 X or its accessories, since ozone use voids the machine warranty. Browse approved cleaning supplies for ozone-free options.
