Fit the Eson lying down in your usual sleep position. The RollFit cushion settles into its seal under therapy pressure, so let the machine reach working pressure before deciding whether the fit feels right.
If you wake with a red mark on your nose bridge, the cushion may be too large. Try the next size down before tightening the headgear. A smaller cushion that seals cleanly will leave less of a mark than a larger one held on too tight.
The ErgoForm headgear is designed to ride high on the back of your head, not low on your neck. Position it there before lying down and it will stay in place more consistently through the night.
The Eson is for nasal breathers only. If you breathe through your mouth or wake with a dry mouth, add a chin strap to keep your mouth closed during the night.
Rinse the cushion, frame, headgear, and diffuser daily with warm water and mild soap, and let all parts air dry before reassembling. Do not put any Eson components in the dishwasher.
