ResMed designed the F20 series with a modular "interchangeable" system. This means the frame, headgear, and magnetic clips are identical for both models. The only difference between the two masks is the cushion type: AirFit F20: Uses a silicone cushion. AirTouch F20: Uses an UltraSoft memory foam cushion. Because they share the exact same frame, you can easily switch between the silicone cushion and the memory foam cushion without needing to buy a whole new mask system.

Yes, it contains magnets. The frame and lower headgear straps use magnetic clips with a field strength up to 400 mT. This mask is not safe for you, or for anyone who sleeps close to you, if either of you has a pacemaker, defibrillator, neurostimulator, cerebral spinal fluid shunt, insulin pump, or another magnetic or ferromagnetic implant. Keep the mask's magnets at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from any implant or device that magnets could affect, and check with your doctor or the device manufacturer if you are unsure.

Both use the same frame. The AirTouch F20 uses a memory foam cushion that molds to your face, while the AirFit F20 uses a silicone InfinitySeal cushion that holds its shape.
