      FAQs

What is a CPAP tubing cover?

A CPAP tubing cover is a fabric sleeve that wraps around the hose to reduce condensation (rainout), minimize noise, and improve comfort.

Why should I use a CPAP hose cover?

It helps prevent rainout (water buildup in the tubing), reduces tube drag, and makes the hose softer against the skin.

Do tubing covers work with heated hoses?

Yes, but be sure to use a breathable fabric cover to prevent overheating.

How do I clean a CPAP tubing cover?

Machine wash weekly or as needed, following the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Can a CPAP hose cover help with noise?

Yes! It can reduce airflow noise and prevent the hose from making sounds when it moves against surfaces.
