It automatically adjusts pressure to match your breathing needs and operates quietly, making it practical for use in shared spaces.   • Always travel with the dedicated travel bag for Z2 series CPAP machines to protect your device from dust and physical damage.
  • Use the Z-Breathe feature to reduce pressure swings while you sleep. Start at level one for gentle relief and adjust based on your comfort.
  • Take advantage of the Ramp function to ease into therapy by starting at a lower pressure and letting it gradually rise to your prescribed level.
  • Always double-check your mask fit before starting therapy to avoid air leaks and ensure quiet performance.
  • Clean your mask, tubing, and Q-Tube muffler regularly using a mild CPAP soap and let all parts air dry completely before use.
  • Replace filters regularly using Breas disposable filters for Z1 Z2 CPAP machines to maintain optimal airflow and avoid dust buildup.
  • Add a heat moisture exchanger to your setup if you want some humidification during travel without needing water or a humidifier.
  • Use the device’s leak detection feature to check for unwanted air loss and reposition your mask if needed to maintain consistent pressure.
