Important Tips

  • Plug the Transcend Micro into any standard or international outlet. It runs on universal 100 to 240V power, so you will not need a separate voltage converter.
  • Fit the F&P Nova Micro pillows just inside each nostril, then adjust the headgear until the seal feels snug but not tight.
  • Try GentleRise if you like falling asleep at a lower pressure. It ramps up to your prescribed setting over as much as 45 minutes.
  • Use AirRelief if you find it hard to breathe out against pressure. It softens pressure on exhale across three adjustable levels.
  • Swap the AirMist HME cartridge every 5 to 7 nights. It is disposable and should not be washed or reused. Replacements are sold as AirMist HME refills.
  • Check the hypoallergenic filter weekly to keep airflow clean. Replacement filters, hose, and muffler parts are sold in the Transcend Micro Essentials Pack.
  • Wipe the Nova Micro pillows and frame daily with warm, soapy water or CPAP mask wipes, and do a full breakdown clean weekly.
