The F&P Nova Micro™ is the smallest and lightest Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask, it’s perfect if you want minimal contact without sacrificing performance. With soft MicroPillows and easy-to-adjust headgear, it offers a natural sleep experience. Some patients reported it felt like they weren’t even wearing a mask!


Fitting is easy with dual-sided adjustments to help fine-tune the headgear. Great for nose breathers and anyone who feels claustrophobic with larger CPAP Masks, this mask lets you move freely and sleep comfortably in any position. Ideal for both new and experienced PAP users.

Important Tips
  • Take your time to adjust the headgear using the dual-sided adjustments. Ensure the mask fits snugly but comfortably, without being too tight.
  • Use a mirror or the F&P myMask app to check the fit of your mask.
  • If you move a lot during sleep, periodically check the fit of your mask. Adjust the headgear if necessary to prevent leaks.
  • Make sure the MicroPillows are properly positioned within your nostrils before going to sleep.
  • Clean the mask cushion and frame daily. Use warm, soapy water for the cushion and a damp cloth for the frame.
  • Perform a more thorough cleaning once a week. Disassemble the mask completely and wash all parts. Rinse well and allow them to air dry before reassembling.
  • For a hassle-free cleaning routine, consider using a UVC LED Smart Sanitizer.
  • If you experience discomfort during the night, pause and readjust the mask.
  • To prevent skin irritation, consider using a non-greasy moisturizer before putting on your mask.
  • Regularly inspect your mask for signs of wear and tear. Replace parts like the cushion and headgear as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Regularly replacing parts ensures the mask continues to provide a good seal and maximum comfort.
  • Use the fit checker feature in the myMask app to ensure your mask fits correctly.
  • Keep track of your CPAP usage with the app’s usage tracker.
