Transcend Micro 510 CPAP Machine with Nova Micro Nasal Pillow Bundle

This bundle pairs the Transcend Micro 510 Auto CPAP travel machine with the Fisher and Paykel Nova Micro nasal pillow mask, so your travel therapy setup ships in one box instead of two separate orders. A valid CPAP prescription is required to order this bundle.

This setup is built for people who travel often and want the smallest, lightest auto-adjusting CPAP option without carrying a bulky mask on top of it. At about 0.48 lb (218 g) and 3.6 x 3.6 x 2.4 in, the Micro 510 fits in a jacket pocket or the front pouch of a carry-on, and it is FAA compliant for in-flight use (see our guide to flying with a CPAP machine). The Nova Micro pairs naturally with that low-profile setup since its silicone pillows sit right at the entrance of each nostril instead of covering your nose bridge or cheeks.

The Micro 510 runs Auto CPAP (APAP) between 4 and 20 cm H2O, uses a waterless AirMist HME instead of a water chamber, and connects to the MySleepDash app over USB-C or Bluetooth so you can check your therapy data on your phone. The Nova Micro cushions are meant to be replaced about every 14 days and are hand washed only, not machine washed.

Both the mask and the machine are magnet-free, so there is nothing on this bundle to keep away from pacemakers or other magnet-sensitive implants.
