"I use this primarily. The medium and large size pillows both work for me. I like turn flexible hose with swivel and the the head gear. Better head gear than limp P10 but the P10 pillows are more comfortable to nose over time. I feel I have to loosen the Nova to make comfy after wearing for hours I also like the Solo headgear and pillows. Though not used over on Solo yet. IMO Nova is best minimalist pillow. I also have theDreamwear pillow and the P30i pillows. I like gear."

Comfortable and light weight, but makes me feel bloated

"I’ve been using the ResMed P30i for a few months, and wanted to give the F&P Solo a try, since I was getting closer to when I should to replace my mask. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like having the hose in front of my face, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. It was comfortable and light weight, but found that this mask was making me feel much more bloated and gassy than the P30i that I was wearing. I had to switch back to the P30i since the bloating was making me so uncomfortable to the point where I had to take off the mask after a few hours of sleep. With both the Solo and P30i, I used a pillow mask, so I’m not sure why one mask would cause more bloating than another. Maybe since P30i has the hose on top, it disperses the pressure better than going straight into the nose with the Solo—that’d be my only guess. I’m wondering if others have had the same experience. I haven’t tried to reduce the pressure on my CPAP (or asking my doc to do it—maybe I should?), but my max setting (about 8 or 9) is not very high to begin with."
