Returns Policy

Follow the included user guide to set up your AirMini, attaching the AirMini N20 connector in place of the mask's standard elbow, then the AirMini tubing. Our AirMini setup guide walks through the process step by step.
Start with standard HumidX for most nights, and switch to HumidX Plus in dry climates or on flights. Replace either cartridge every 30 days.
Keep Bluetooth on to sync nightly data to the AirMini app, and switch to airplane mode once you're connected to power in flight.
Wipe the AirTouch N20 frame and cushion daily with CPAP mask wipes. Never submerge the memory foam cushion in water.
Replace the memory foam cushion about every 30 days to keep the seal fresh. Find replacements in our cushion and pillow collection.
Wash the AirMini tubing weekly with a mild mask and hose soap and warm water, then let it air dry completely.

"We use the ResMed Air Sense 11 at home for normal use. We travel 100 nights a year and packing it up is a hassle. This ResMed AirMini is the perfect size (barely bigger than your iPhone). You can buy a converter, so that it works with your existing mask if you want to use that. Or buy the bundle (I recommend that now!) so it comes with its correct hose/mask."

Great size device for travelling

"I had some FSA funds to use before I lost them, and this turned out to be the best possible use of them! I've already took it on a trip and it worked great. It fit in my carry on (no more extra bag to lug around), no water hunting, and it was quiet when running. The only complaint, and it's not about the CPAP itself, is the HumidX adaptor. The cartridge is very close to the mask connection, and it makes noise when the machine running with air escaping. Otherwise this is a 5 star purchase!"

"The noise level of the mini is too loud to be of any use. Perhaps Sleeplay should include noise cancelling earplugs as part of the package. While ordering was very easy, returns are VERY difficult. I’d strongly advise against purchasing the travel CPAP if you need quiet to sleep. The return process is laborious. Be prepared for follow up as Sleeplay hopes you will forget."

"The products are excellent, and the after-sales service via email is very good. What needs improvement and how can the kit for the equipment be evolved? In my case, I bought an AirSense Mini and had a lot of difficulty finding the mascara and other compatible accessories. I ended up buying the wrong mascara. Now I had to buy a new hose and a connector. It's not just a matter of price and speed, which aren't significant in value. It's much more about the desperation of money, time, and frustration. My suggestion: the website should create a path, a sequence when purchasing equipment. If the customer chooses a device, it should be connected to a compatible access point, not all available ones. Compatibility should be clear."

The F20 mask is junk.

"In less than a year my F20 mask for my travel CPAP machine fell apart. I called the place where I purchased it and was told that there was no warranty. Where the straps connect to the mask itself is plastic; that plastic piece is junk. It completely broke off. Chose a different type of mask when purchasing the airmini travel CPAP machine."
