The fact you can replace that small part for less q90days, instead of the full mask cushion, is a financial helper too! Others say the edge of the pillows irritate the interior lining of their nostrils, and they detest the idea of things "up & in" their nose. The cushioned pillows connect- NOT penetrate, even less so than a cannula, I don't at all agree with other's negative reviews. The full face masks are too combursome, hot, and itch. But the p30i is the best I've tried so far, by far!"
