Important Tips

Choose the right cushion size included in the starter pack for a proper fit. Use the color-coded system to identify sizes easily.
Adjust the headgear evenly on both sides to avoid tilting the mask and ensure a secure seal.
Do not overtighten the headgear; the cushion should gently sit under your nose without pressing too hard.
Use a CPAP moisturizer before wearing the mask to prevent dryness and red marks on the skin.
Add CPAP strap covers to reduce pressure and avoid irritation from the headgear straps.
Clean the mask cushion daily with warm water and mild soap to remove oils and maintain a good seal.
Use CPAP cleaning wipes for a quick daily refresh, especially when traveling.
Deep clean weekly with a UVC CPAP cleaner for thorough disinfection of the mask and frame.
Inspect the mask parts frequently for wear or cracks, and replace the cushion every 2 weeks for best performance.
Use a CPAP brush set to clean inside the tubing and elbow connection to avoid moisture and debris buildup.
Store the mask in a clean, dry place away from sunlight to prevent material breakdown.
If mask leaks occur, adjust the headgear and reposition the cushion without over-tightening the straps.
Take a few minutes before bed to practice breathing with the mask on to get used to airflow and fit.
