Overview

This fit pack is for anyone who wants a nasal mask that gets out of the way: no forehead support, a cushion that rests below your nose bridge instead of across it, and enough range of motion to move freely through the night.

Each pack includes one frame, so you choose between a clear silicone frame or a reversible fabric frame with a suedette side and a sateen side. Both frames work with any Wisp cushion size. We include three cushion sizes in every pack (Small/Medium, Large, and Extra Large) so you can test your fit without buying a second pack. The Petite cushion isn't part of this pack; we sell it separately as a replacement cushion for anyone who needs a smaller seal.

The short tube connects through a 360-degree swivel elbow with built-in exhalation, and a crown loop on the headgear lets you route the tube up and over your head instead of leaving it hanging in front of your face.

This mask ships with magnetic headgear clips as standard. They make the mask quicker to put on and take off, but they're not safe to use near pacemakers, defibrillators, or other implants (see the FAQs below for full safety guidance). The mask is latex-free and covered by a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Like all CPAP masks, it requires a prescription to order.

Shopping for a child instead? The Wisp Pediatric Fit Pack uses non-magnetic clips and smaller headgear sized for kids.

Guide and Resources

Important Tips

  • Try all three included cushion sizes (Small/Medium, Large, Extra Large) before settling on one. Start with the size closest to your usual mask size, then adjust if you notice leaks or pressure marks.
  • If you or anyone who sleeps near you has a pacemaker, ICD, or other implant, keep this mask's magnetic clips at least 6 inches (150 mm) away and talk to your doctor before use.
  • Avoid over-tightening the headgear straps. A snug, even fit seals better than a tight one and causes fewer pressure marks.
  • Use the crown loop on the headgear to route the short tube up and over your head if you'd rather not have it hanging across your face.
  • Clean the cushion daily with CPAP wipes or mild soap and warm water to remove facial oils and keep the seal reliable.
  • Wash the headgear weekly with a gentle soap and let it air dry away from direct sunlight.
  • Apply a CPAP-friendly moisturizer before bed to reduce irritation around the cushion's contact points.
  • Replace the cushion every 1 to 3 months and the headgear every 6 months to keep a consistent seal.
  • Inspect the cushion and frame regularly, and replace either one if you notice cracking, discoloration, or a cushion that no longer holds a seal.
  • Use a CPAP brush set to clean the tubing and other hard-to-reach spots.
  • This nasal mask works well for nose breathers who deal with dry mouth or a stuffy nose. Pair it with humidification if you need extra moisture.

Everything you need to know about the Wisp

See Clearly While You Fall Asleep

The Wisp skips forehead support altogether, so nothing blocks your view. Read, watch TV, or put your glasses on before bed without a pad pressing against your forehead.

A Cushion That Sits Below Your Nose

The tip-of-the-nose cushion seals below your nose bridge instead of across it, so there's less pressure on the spot where masks usually leave marks.

Three Cushion Sizes to Find Your Fit

Every pack includes Small/Medium, Large, and Extra Large cushions, so you can try each one and keep whichever seals best instead of guessing from a chart.

Two Frame Styles, One Choice

Each Fit Pack comes with one frame: a clear silicone frame for a smooth, low-profile look, or a reversible fabric frame with a suedette side and a sateen side. Either frame works with any of the three included cushion sizes.

Magnetic Headgear Clips for Quick Release

The headgear attaches with magnetic clips, so you can put the mask on or take it off with one hand, even during a middle-of-the-night bathroom trip. These clips are magnetic, not magnet-free; see the FAQs for who should avoid them.

Move Freely with a 360-Degree Swivel Elbow

The short tube connects to your main hose through a 360-degree swivel elbow, which also handles exhalation. It cuts down on drag and tube tug so you can change positions without waking up tangled.

Route Your Hose Up and Over Your Head

A loop at the crown of the headgear lets you run the short tube up and over your head instead of across your face. It's optional. You can also leave the tube hanging in front if you prefer.

Fewer Parts Make Cleanup Simple

The Wisp breaks down into just a handful of pieces: cushion, frame, headgear, and short tube. Fewer parts mean less to disassemble, wash, and reassemble before bed.

Replacement Parts Sold Separately

Cushions, frames, headgear, and the tube-and-elbow assembly are all available individually, so you can replace a worn part instead of buying a whole new mask.

A Smaller Headgear Option, If You Need It

If the standard headgear included in this pack fits too loosely, we carry a reduced-size Wisp headgear separately for a smaller head shape.

Latex-Free Materials

The Wisp is made without natural rubber latex, so it's a safe option if you have a latex sensitivity or allergy.

FAQs

Does this mask contain magnets? Can I use it with a pacemaker or other implant?

Yes. It uses magnetic headgear clips. Masks with magnets are contraindicated for anyone who, or whose bed partner, has an implanted or metallic device affected by magnets, such as a pacemaker, ICD, neurostimulator, CSF shunt, insulin or infusion pump, aneurysm clip, metallic stent, heart valve, cochlear or ocular implant, or a metallic splinter in the eye. Keep the magnets at least 6 inches (150 mm) from any such device. If this applies to you or someone sleeping near you, use a magnet-free mask instead.

Do I need a prescription to order this mask?

Yes. Like all CPAP and BiPAP equipment, U.S. federal law requires a valid prescription to order the Wisp Fit Pack.

What's included in the box?

Each Fit Pack includes one frame (clear or fabric, your choice), one headgear, three cushions (Small/Medium, Large, Extra Large), one short tube with elbow and swivel, and two magnetic headgear clips.

What's the difference between the clear frame and the fabric frame?

Both frames fit the same cushions and headgear, so the difference comes down to feel and look. The clear frame is silicone, lightweight, and see-through. The fabric frame is reversible, with a soft suedette side and a silky sateen side, so you can pick whichever texture feels better against your skin. Choose one when you order; each Fit Pack includes a single frame.

What cushion sizes are included, and what if none of them fit?

This Fit Pack includes three cushion sizes: Small/Medium, Large, and Extra Large. The Petite cushion is not included; we sell it separately if none of the three included sizes seal well for you.

Is this the same mask as the Wisp Pediatric?

No. This listing is the adult Wisp Fit Pack. The Wisp Pediatric is a separate mask sized for children, with smaller headgear and non-magnetic clips.

Is this mask latex-free?

Yes. The Wisp is made without natural rubber latex.

Can I use this mask if I breathe through my mouth?

A nasal mask like the Wisp delivers air through your nose, so it works best if you naturally breathe through your nose during sleep. If you breathe through your mouth, pair it with a chin strap to keep your mouth closed, or ask your provider about a full-face mask instead.

Does this mask include forehead support?

No. The Wisp is built without a forehead pad, which keeps your field of vision open so you can read, watch TV, or wear glasses before you fall asleep.

What's the difference between a nasal mask and a nasal pillow mask?

A nasal mask like the Wisp covers your whole nose with a cushion that seals around it. A nasal pillow mask uses small inserts that sit right at your nostrils instead. Nasal masks tend to feel more stable and cover a broader seal area; nasal pillows are smaller and leave more of your face open.

Is this mask FSA/HSA eligible?

Yes. The Wisp Fit Pack qualifies for FSA/HSA spending.

How do I clean the mask?

Wipe the cushion daily with mild soap and warm water, or with CPAP wipes, to remove facial oils, and wash the headgear weekly with a gentle soap, then let it air dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning agents, which can break down the mask materials.

How often should I replace the cushion and headgear?

As a general guideline, replace the cushion every 1 to 3 months and the headgear every 6 months. Replace either sooner if you notice cracking, discoloration, or a cushion that no longer holds a seal.

What warranty comes with this mask?

The Wisp Fit Pack carries a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects.
