Each frame system comes with the mask frame, the quick-release elbow, and a nasal cushion in the size you choose, so you get everything you need except the headgear straps.

The Wide size adds extra frame and cushion width with a shallower cushion and a shorter frame length, which gives you a better seal if your nasal bridge is flatter or wider.
