  • Clean the mask cushion daily using CPAP wipes or mild soap and warm water. This keeps oils and buildup from interfering with the seal.
  • Wash the headgear weekly with mild soap and let it air dry. For extra comfort, use strap covers to minimize facial marks.
  • Replace the nasal cushion every 1–3 months and the frame every 3–6 months, depending on usage.
  • If you’re unsure about your fit, take the Mask Finder Quiz to find the nasal CPAP mask that best matches your sleep style and face shape.
  • Pair it with a CPAP pillow to reduce mask shifting and maintain the seal throughout the night.
  • This mask works with most CPAP machines and tubing. Just make sure the hose is securely connected to the squeeze-tab elbow to avoid air leaks.
  • Use a CPAP brush set to clean the elbow and short tubing areas thoroughly.
  • If you wake up with dry skin or red marks around the nose, apply CPAP Moisturizer before putting on your mask.
