Overview

The F&P Evora incorporates CapFit headgear, a design meant to aid mask placement, by placing it as if you were wearing a baseball cap - a simple and intuitive movement that can be done one handed.  Airedges design helps eliminate the fine lines caused by mask use.

The headgear structure ensures the seal is presented in the right place every time, making life easy and therapy effective.  A great choice for anyone looking for easy mask placement and great seal.

Important Tips

  • Great mask for people with arthritis or limited hand mobility.
  • Easy Capfit design, resembles a snap back baseball cap.
  • The Evora Nasal Mask does not bring any headgear clips.
  • Do not overtighten the mask straps. The cushion should hug your nose, not push up against it.
  • If leaks occur, try repositioning the cushion under your nose. Make sure your nose is not inside the seal opening.

What is a CPAP nasal mask?

A CPAP nasal mask covers just the nose and delivers pressurized air to keep your airway open while you sleep. It’s a popular choice for those who breathe through their nose.

Who should use a CPAP nasal mask?

Nasal masks are great for nose breathers and people who want a balance between minimal bulk and a secure fit. They work well for active sleepers who move a lot at night.

Can I use a nasal mask if I breathe through my mouth?

If you breathe through your mouth, a nasal mask may not be the best option unless you use a chin strap to keep your mouth closed during sleep.

How often should I replace my CPAP nasal mask?

You should replace the cushion every 1-3 months and the entire mask every 6 months for optimal performance and hygiene.

What is the difference between a nasal mask and a nasal pillow mask?

A nasal mask covers the entire nose, while a nasal pillow mask has small inserts that sit at the nostrils. Nasal pillows are more minimal, while nasal masks provide more stability.
