Q&A

Open Visibility Mask Design

The AirTouch™ F20 Full Face mask covers the nose and mouth without the aid of forehead support. This design allows the mask and headgear to remain steady without an obstructive support bar. Those who are claustrophobic or enjoy reading and watching TV before falling asleep may enjoy the open range of visibility.

UltraSoft™ Memory Foam Cushion

The AirTouch F20's plush memory foam cushion is designed to adapt to the unique contours of each individual face, creating a light, breathable seal that stays in place throughout the night.

Quick Release Elbow with Air Diffuser

The AirTouch™ F20 elbow extends from a circular, white attachment that connects to the opening in the middle of the InfinitySeal™ cushion. The elbow can be removed from the CPAP hose quickly and efficiently. If you get up in the middle of the night, slide the CPAP hose from the base of the elbow. This feature allows the user to quickly stop and start therapy without the need to disrupt the mask.

FAQs

What is a CPAP frame?

A CPAP frame is the structured part of the CPAP mask that holds the cushion and headgear, ensuring a stable fit.

Are CPAP frames universal?

No, CPAP frames are specific to the mask model and brand. Always check compatibility before replacing.

How often should I replace my CPAP frame?

Every 6-12 months or sooner if it becomes worn, cracked, or no longer holds the mask securely.

How do I clean my CPAP frame?

Wash weekly with warm water and mild soap, then air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing.

Can I adjust my CPAP frame?

Some frames have adjustable components to improve fit, but if the frame is too loose or too tight, it may need replacing.

What materials are CPAP frames made from?

Frames are typically made from soft silicone, flexible plastic, or lightweight fabric for comfort and durability.
