Returns Policy

Measure before you pick a cushion size. Hold the printed Evora sizing template against the underside of your nose and choose the best fit. When worn, your nose should never sit inside the seal opening.
Fit the headgear in the right order. Start with the top strap in the middle position, pull the headgear over your head, place the seal under your nose, then adjust the back strap before the top strap.
Wash the mask after every use. Hand wash the seal, frame, swivel and tube in mild soap and lukewarm water, and the headgear after 7 days. Skip cleaners with alcohol, bleach, antibacterial agents or moisturizers, and air dry out of direct sunlight.
Replace the mask within 12 months. Replace it sooner if the seal tears, cracks or discolors. We carry Evora Nasal replacement cushions and replacement CapFit headgear.
Change the PureFresh filter at least every 3 months. It fits the original Micro only, not the Micro 510, so when you reorder, choose PureFresh filters for the original Micro.
Clean the hose and muffler weekly, replace every 3 months. The WhisperSoft muffler kit includes a new muffler and a 6 ft AirFlex hose for the original Micro.
Dry nose or throat? Add waterless humidification. The AirMist starter pack (sold separately) fits the original Micro. Its cartridges are disposable: replace each one after 3 to 7 days of use.
Abroad, pack a plug adapter, not a voltage converter. The AC power adapter accepts 100 to 240 V, so you only need the right plug shape, such as our Transcend Micro travel adapters. On the plane, turn Bluetooth off during the flight.
Go cordless for camping or power outages. The Micro has no built-in battery. The Micro PowerAway battery (sold separately) runs it for up to 17.5 hours in most cases, depending on pressure, leak and altitude.
Optional add-on, sold separately. Our Transcend Micro travel pouch is not included in this bundle.
Have your prescription ready. This bundle requires a valid CPAP prescription, and it is FSA/HSA eligible.

The Transcend Micro measures less than four inches wide, so it’s easy to slip into just about any travel bag or carry-on. You don’t have to reorganize everything just to make space for it. It fits neatly alongside your usual CPAP supplies, something that comes in handy when space is limited or you're trying to stay organized.

Even though it’s small, the Transcend Micro doesn’t leave out the features that matter. It includes pressure relief, ramp settings, a drying mode, and Bluetooth connectivity. So you still get the kind of therapy support you'd expect, just in a version that’s easier to carry and takes up a lot less room.

The Original Micro, for Less

Same small size, quiet running and auto therapy as the newer Micro 510, for less. It suits you if you travel light and can skip the waterless humidifier and hard case that come in the 510 box. If you want those included, choose the Micro 510 version of this bundle.

One Headgear, Four Cushion Sizes

Pick Small, Medium, Large or Wide and your mask arrives ready to connect to the Micro. One headgear size fits every cushion, so if your fit changes later, you only swap the cushion, not the whole mask.
