Important Tips

  • This pack works with the AirMini machine only. Snap the F20 connector onto the AirTouch F20 frame in place of the mask's standard elbow, then attach the AirMini tube before your first night.
  • Practice fitting the mask sitting upright before bed so the magnetic clips and connector feel familiar before you lie down and try to sleep.
  • The included HumidX F20 cartridge is waterless and sits inline at the mask connector. Replace it about every 30 days for best results; find refills at our HumidX F20 replacements page.
  • Wipe the memory foam cushion with alcohol-free wipes only. Never rinse it or submerge it in water like you would a silicone cushion.
  • Replace the memory foam cushion about once a month to keep the seal consistent. A replacement AirTouch F20 cushion ships in your exact size.
  • Wash the headgear about once a week with warm water and a mild cleaner from our soaps collection.
  • This mask uses magnets in the frame and lower headgear straps. Keep it at least 6 inches (150 mm) from pacemakers, defibrillators, or other magnet-sensitive implants, for you and anyone sleeping close to you.

Foam tends to feel softer on sensitive skin; silicone typically needs replacing less often.

Can I wash the memory foam cushion?

No, not in water. Wipe it with alcohol-free wipes and let it air dry. Rinsing or submerging it can damage the foam, so the frame, connector, and headgear are the parts you rinse or wash as normal.

How often should I replace the HumidX F20 cartridge?

About every 30 days for best results. Replacing it on schedule keeps the waterless humidification working the way it's designed to.
