The headgear uses Velcro adjustment tabs and mechanical quick-release clips instead of magnetic clips. This is a genuine difference from magnetic-clip masks like the DreamWisp, not a marketing label.

The headgear clips release with a simple turn, so you can take the mask off at night without loosening your straps. The front elbow has its own quick-release swivel for the CPAP tubing.

The Pico is built for both CPAP and bi-level (BiPAP) prescriptions, not just standard CPAP, so it fits a wider range of therapy setups.

The cushion is bonded to a hard shell that snaps on and off the frame in one piece, which makes daily cleaning and cushion swaps simple.

Exhalation ports are built into the mask itself, so you do not need to attach a separate exhalation device to your setup.

The cushion and frame can go in the dishwasher once a week on the top shelf for a deeper clean than hand washing alone. The headgear should still be washed by hand.

The mask is not made with natural rubber latex or DEHP, which matters if you have a latex sensitivity or prefer to avoid these materials.

Because the seal sits at the tip of your nose instead of across your cheeks or chin, the Pico avoids the facial-hair areas that cause leaks with masks that seal lower on the face.

The soft, slim-line headgear includes a stabilizing crown strap worn loosely, so it holds the mask securely without adding bulk around your head.
