"at the time I purchased the Pari Proneb Max Nebulizer I have order replacement filter. When I went to replace the filter, I notice that they sent me the wrong filter. When I called, I was told that they can't replace or refund me since it's past 3 months from purchase and that since I open the zip lock bag they can't accept a return."
