NeilMed NasoGEL Spray adds a light layer of moisture to dry or irritated nasal passages. Because it's gel-based, it stays in place longer than a regular mist and offers more lasting hydration. This can be helpful in dry climates or overnight, when nasal breathing for long periods tends to dry things out.
The spray includes aloe vera, glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, and allantoin—ingredients known for helping to calm and protect sensitive skin. Together, they help restore comfort when the inside of the nose feels dry, flaky, or irritated from congestion, dry air, or exposure to environmental triggers.
Using CPAP or BiPAP can sometimes dry out the inside of the nose because of the airflow during the night. Applying NasoGEL can coat that area gently, making it feel less raw or irritated. It can also lower the chance of nosebleeds that come from dryness or friction against the mask.
