At about 0.48 lb (218 g) and 3.6 x 3.6 x 2.4 in, the Micro 510 is one of the smallest travel CPAP machines we carry, and it runs on universal 100 to 240V power, so you do not need a separate voltage converter overseas.

The Micro 510 auto-adjusts pressure between 4 and 20 cm H2O to treat obstructive sleep apnea, and its waterless AirMist HME means there is no water chamber to fill or spill in your bag. The F&P Solo Nasal mask seals under your nose instead of over it, using AutoFit and AutoLock headgear with no side straps and no magnets anywhere in the design.

Returns Policy

Important Tips

  • Plug the Micro 510 into any standard or international outlet using the included 40W adapter. It runs on universal 100 to 240V power, so you will not need a separate voltage converter.
  • Stretch the AutoFit headgear over your head and press the Solo Nasal cushion under your nose. AutoLock takes over from there, so you should not need to pull side straps to seal it.
  • Fine-tune your seal with the split-tail strap at the back of your head. Pull the tails farther apart for a tighter seal, or keep them closer together for a looser fit.
  • Try GentleRise if you like falling asleep at a lower pressure. It ramps up to your prescribed setting over as much as 45 minutes.
  • Swap the AirMist HME cartridge every 5 to 7 nights. It is disposable and should not be washed or reused. Replacements are sold as AirMist HME refills.
  • Check the hypoallergenic filter weekly and replace it about every two weeks to keep airflow clean. Replacements are sold as hypoallergenic filters.
  • Wipe the Solo Nasal cushion and frame daily with warm, soapy water or CPAP wipes, and do a full breakdown clean weekly.
  • Replace the cushion every one to three months and the headgear every six months, or sooner if the seal weakens.
  • Pack the included hard shell case for flights. The Micro 510 is FAA compliant, so you can carry it on board and identify it as a medical device if asked.
  • Add a Transcend Micro 510 Battery if you want to run therapy away from an outlet, such as camping or a flight without power.
