    Does not work on airmini

    I was so frustrated with this purchase because this did not work on my airmini. You have to buy power cords separately to charge it, and another power cord to attach it to the airmini. There is a medistrom 24 that is compatible with the airmini (some reviews still says that power cords are sold separately for medistrom 24), but I did not know the difference until I received the medistrom 12. The sleeplay support (James) was very patient and helpful so that I was able to get a gift card for the medistrom 12. And then, after all the frustrations for this battery, it turns out I did not need it, since the planes are equipped with outlets as power source for my cpap. So all is well.

    Great back up battery and customer service

    Had an excellent experience with customer service. They assisted me to make sure the battery worked for my husband’s CPAP machine. Battery works great. First night my husband forgot to charge the battery but it still gave him about 6 hours of power. Battery is light and it fits inside the CPAP machine’s bag.

    Peace of mind

    I am looking forward to using this on my upcoming flight to South Africa. With the Medistrom Pilot-24 and my Resmed Airmini I will be able to get some sleep on the plane and use in South Africa during the periods when the power is shut off. This battery comes with all the cables needed for charging and operation.
