The Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is a compact lithium-ion battery designed for 24V CPAP and BiPAP machines. It provides backup power during outages and portable use for travel, camping, or flights. Compatible with ResMed AirSense 10 and AirMini, it offers up to 10 hours of runtime depending on your settings.

More than a simple backup, it also functions as a travel power bank. You can charge small electronics like phones or tablets using the built-in USB and DC ports.

Stay powered overnight, even when outlets aren’t an option.

Returns Policy
  • Fully charge the battery before first use and recharge it after every use to maintain peak capacity.
  • Store the battery at room temperature (between 20°C and 25°C) to preserve battery life.
  • Avoid exposing the battery to extreme heat or cold, which may shorten its runtime.
  • Disconnect all cables after use to prevent parasitic power draw and extend standby life.
  • Use the battery during power outages to seamlessly continue therapy with your CPAP machine.
  • Bring extra AC adapters if you travel often, as the battery itself does not include one.
  • The Pilot‑24 works with any 24V PAP machine—check your device’s voltage compatibility before use.
  • Since the AirMini uses a 12V connector, use the Pilot‑12 battery for that device instead.
  • Consider pairing the battery with a CPAP power solution like a solar charger for off‑grid setups.
  • The battery is FAA‑approved, carry it in your cabin bag, not checked luggage, for air travel compliance.
  • Rotate between two batteries if you frequently travel to ensure at least one is always charged.
  • Monitor the battery charge indicator before bedtime to avoid therapy interruption mid‑night.
  • Clean the battery surface with a dry cloth only, do not use liquids or solvents that might damage it.
