Each filter layers a carbon pre-filter, an H13 HEPA core, and a non-woven post-filter. The carbon stage neutralizes odors and traps coarse dust; the HEPA core captures at least 99.95% of particles at 0.3 micron, including allergens, fine dust, and mold spores.
