The CS ULTRA 4-Pack Refill is a set of high-efficiency air filters designed for ResMed AirSense and AirCurve 10 and 11 devices (used with the CSpring ULTRA adapter). Each filter combines three filtration stages: a carbon pre-filter, H13-grade HEPA core, and a non-woven composite layer to maintain clean airflow during sleep therapy.

These filters help remove airborne particles such as allergens, fine dust, and bacteria while also reducing odors and volatile organic compounds. The carbon layer captures larger particles and neutralizes smells, while the HEPA core traps up to 99.95% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The outer fiber layer catches any final residues before air reaches the CPAP system.

Triple-layer filtration means less buildup, fewer blockages, and a more breathable night.

Compared to standard filters, the CS ULTRA system offers a larger filtration surface and significantly higher efficiency. Each filter is designed to support airflow up to 100 L/min and should be replaced every 1 to 3 months depending on air quality. This pack does not include the required CSpring ULTRA adapter.

Three Layers of Filtration

Each filter combines a carbon pre-filter, an H13 HEPA core, and a non-woven composite layer. This layered structure captures particles at different stages, from coarse dust to microscopic allergens, improving overall air cleanliness before it enters the CPAP machine. The design helps reduce buildup and supports more consistent airflow during therapy.

Traps Particles as Small as 0.3 Microns

The HEPA layer meets H13 standards, filtering out 99.95% of particles that are 0.3 microns or larger. This includes fine dust, pollen, mold spores, and some bacteria. The outer fiber layer then captures any remaining residue, providing a final level of purification before the air reaches the breathing circuit.

Carbon Layer Neutralizes Odors and VOCs

The 2 mm activated carbon layer helps absorb unpleasant smells and volatile organic compounds. It also catches larger particles like hair or coarse dust before they reach the HEPA section. This added layer is especially helpful in bedrooms or shared spaces where odor control can affect comfort during sleep.

Extended Surface Area for Longer Use

Each filter includes pleated media with a surface area of approximately 64.8 cm². Compared to flat filters, this larger area helps hold more dust and debris without clogging. This allows the filter to function effectively for a longer period before needing replacement, especially in spaces with moderate air quality.

Supports High Airflow Rates

These filters are designed to allow airflow of up to 100 liters per minute. This makes them compatible with standard and auto-adjusting CPAP machines, without restricting pressure delivery. The airflow performance is balanced with filtration so that comfort and purification can work together in nightly therapy.

Compatible with CSpring ULTRA Adapter

This 4-pack is made for use with the CSpring ULTRA adapter system. It fits ResMed AirSense and AirCurve 10 and 11 devices when the adapter is installed. Without the CSpring ULTRA housing, the filters cannot be inserted directly, so compatibility depends on using the correct support frame.

Better Filtration Than Standard Filters

Compared to standard CPAP filters, these filters offer greater surface area, more filtration stages, and higher particle-capture efficiency. While typical OEM filters trap basic dust, the CS ULTRA filters also remove airborne irritants and help improve air freshness during sleep, which can be beneficial in dusty or shared environments.

Recommended Replacement Schedule

Filters should be replaced every one to three months, depending on environmental conditions. In homes with pets, dust, or open windows, more frequent changes may be necessary. Regular replacement ensures that filtration remains effective and prevents airflow obstruction caused by accumulated particles inside the filter layers.

These filters are intended to improve comfort and cleanliness but are not FDA-cleared medical devices. They are not designed to treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a healthcare provider before modifying CPAP equipment, especially if sensitive to airflow changes or using CPAP as part of medical treatment.

Adapter and CPAP Machine Not Included

This refill pack contains four filters only. The CSpring ULTRA adapter and compatible CPAP machine must be obtained separately. Installation requires inserting the filters into the adapter, which is then placed into the CPAP device’s filter slot. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure proper positioning and sealing.
