The 510 meets FAA requirements (RTCA/DO-160, section 21, category M) for carry-on and in-flight use. Under the Air Carrier Access Act, a CPAP in its case does not count against your carry-on limit. Airlines may ask you to power it from a battery when a seat outlet is not available.

Humidification is delivered through the Universal AirMist HME cartridge, a heat-and-moisture exchanger that traps exhaled humidity and returns it on the next breath. No water tank, no spill risk, no distilled water to pack. One cartridge is included; replaceable.

Uses the standard 22mm connector and ships with a 6-ft TransFlex hose, so it works with virtually any CPAP mask: ResMed AirFit, F&P Evora, Brevida, Simplus, Vitera, and most nasal, pillow, or full-face models. No proprietary tubing required.

The 510 auto-compensates for altitude changes up to 8,000 ft, keeping pressure accurate from sea level to mountain lodges. Therapy data, AHI, leak rate, usage hours, syncs to the MySleepDash app on iOS and Android for daily review or sharing with your sleep doctor.
