Overview

This is the AirSpiral heated breathing tube made for the Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle Auto. It keeps the air warm and moist from the humidifier all the way to your mask, so your humidity stays consistent through the night and you avoid rainout, the condensation that forms when warm humid air meets a cold hose.

An insulating spiral and a heating spiral work together to limit heat loss, and the lighter design eases the pull on your mask while you sleep. It is made for the SleepStyle Auto (2018 and newer) only, and does not fit the older SleepStyle 200, 240, or 600 series, the ICON, or any other brand.

Warm, Steady Humidity

The heated tube keeps the air warm and moist from the humidifier to your mask, so your humidity feels consistent through the night instead of fading as the room cools.

AirSpiral Design

An insulating spiral and a heating spiral work together to hold the warmth in and keep condensation out, so you get the comfort without the water in the tube.

Lighter on Your Mask

The AirSpiral tube is lighter than the previous SleepStyle tube, so it pulls less on your mask and is easier to move with as you change positions.

Made for the SleepStyle Auto

This tube plugs straight into the SleepStyle Auto and is not interchangeable with the older SleepStyle models, the ICON, or other brands.

FAQs

Which machine does this tube fit?

It fits the Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle Auto, the 2018 and newer generation. It does not fit the older SleepStyle 200, 240, or 600 series, the ICON, or any other brand.

Is this the same as the SleepStyle 600 tube?

No. The SleepStyle 600 uses a different tube with its own connector and part number. This AirSpiral tube is made for the newer SleepStyle Auto only and is not interchangeable.

What is AirSpiral?

AirSpiral is the design of this tube. An insulating spiral and a heating spiral work together to keep the warmth in and condensation out, in a lighter hose that pulls less on your mask.

How does it prevent rainout?

The heated wire keeps the tube warm so the humid air holds its moisture to your mask. In an unheated hose that warm air cools and turns into water, which is what causes rainout.

How do I clean it?

Unplug the tube at both ends, wash it with mild soap and warm water, rinse, and hang it to air dry fully before reconnecting.

How often should I replace it?

About every six months, or sooner if you notice cracks, discoloration, or a drop in performance.

What is the insurance code?

It is HCPCS A4604, the code for tubing with an integrated heating element used with a positive airway pressure device.

Is it FSA/HSA eligible?

Yes. This tube is FSA/HSA eligible at Sleeplay.
