The tube-up design keeps tubing out of the way, allowing for movement in any sleep position. This layout also enables you to sleep closer to your bed partner without obstruction. The ComfiSoft fabric cushion wears faster than a plain silicone cushion, so replace it more often, as often as every two weeks, to keep a good seal and stay hygienic.
