Headgear is not included. The AirFit F40 headgear is the same part used on the AirTouch F40, so if you need straps too, you can add them separately.

Important Tips

  • Confirm your headgear before you order: This kit has no headgear. Our AirFit F40 headgear fits the AirTouch F40 and comes in Small, Medium (ResMed's Standard), and Large.
  • Match the size to your cushion: The frame system size is the cushion size: Small-Wide, Medium, or Large. If you have never been fitted, start with our CPAP mask sizing guide.
  • Reattach the lower straps with the clips: Place the cushion under your nose, pull the headgear on with the ResMed logo facing up, bring the lower straps behind your ears, clip them to the frame, then adjust the upper straps before the lower bands.

  • Stay on the recommended schedule: The recommended US schedule, which reflects Medicare's accessory schedule, is the frame system every 3 months and the cushion every month. Between kits, reorder the ComfiSoft cushion on its own.
