AirSense 11 AutoSet Bundle with AirTouch N30i Nasal Mask & Filters

The AirSense 11 uses ResMed's AutoSet algorithm to adjust pressure automatically between 4 and 20 cm H2O, breath by breath, instead of running one fixed setting all night. It can also run as fixed CPAP if your prescription calls for it.

The HumidAir humidifier is built into the machine, not a separate accessory, so there is no extra part to attach before your first night. It ships with SlimLine tubing, and ClimateLineAir heated tubing is a compatible upgrade if you want to cut down on condensation.

AutoRamp starts therapy at a lower pressure and increases it gradually as you fall asleep, and EPR lowers the pressure slightly as you breathe out. Both settings are adjustable from the machine's touchscreen.

The AirSense 11 has a built-in cellular modem that sends your therapy data to the myAir app automatically, so you can check your sleep score, hours of use, and mask fit each morning without connecting to Wi-Fi.

The AirTouch N30i connects at the top of the head instead of the front of the mask, keeping tubing out of your sightline. Its headgear uses fastening tabs and a side-button elbow release, not magnetic clips, so it is magnet-free.

The N30i's ComfiSoft cushion comes in Small-Wide, Medium, and Large, with frame sizes in Standard and Small, so you can match both the cushion and the frame to your face. It is wipe-clean fabric, not silicone you have to wash daily.
