Stationary Oxygen Concentrators

A stationary oxygen concentrator is a home unit that pulls in room air and delivers a steady, continuous flow of concentrated oxygen. It is for people with low blood oxygen (hypoxemia) from conditions like COPD or pulmonary fibrosis, and it is prescribed by a doctor who sets your flow rate. Stationary oxygen is not a treatment for sleep apnea, which is treated with a CPAP or BiPAP machine. Always use your prescribed flow rate and talk to your doctor about the right setup for you.
