Tips for ResMed Airsense™ 11 ClimateLineAir™ Heated Tube

Compatibility Check

Confirm that your ClimateLineAir™ tube is exclusively compatible with ResMed's AirSense 11 to avoid any device mismatch.

Setting Adjustments

Use the Climate Control feature to maintain a constant temperature and humidity level during your therapy. This can prevent dryness in your nose and mouth and ensure comfort throughout your sleep. The Auto setting is recommended for ease of use, adjusting both temperature and humidity automatically to prevent rainout (condensation).

Regular Cleaning

Wash the ClimateLineAir™ tubing weekly with warm water and mild soap, avoiding high temperatures (over 131°F / 55°C). Do not place the tubing in a dishwasher as this can cause damage. Visit our cleaning solutions for CPAP products.

Drying

After washing, ensure the tubing is thoroughly rinsed and allow it to dry completely out of direct sunlight to maintain its condition and prevent any potential damage from heat.

Regular Inspection

Regularly check your tubing for any signs of damage such as holes, tears, or cracks. Replace the tubing immediately if any damage is evident to ensure your machine functions properly and safely.

Proper Connection

When assembling or reassembling, ensure the tubing is securely connected to both the CPAP machine and the mask to prevent any air leaks that could affect the therapy's efficacy.

Avoid Harmful Chemicals

Do not use bleach, chlorine, moisturizing, antibacterial soaps, or scented oils for cleaning as these can degrade the material of the tubing and affect performance.
