The AirFit X30i is a full face mask that uses a nasal pillows system that seals around the mouth and gently under the nostrils, without covering the bridge of your nose or sitting heavily on your face.

If you wear glasses at night or like to read before bed, this design gives you more space and comfort. Because it uses both oral and nasal delivery, it’s also a good match for mouth breathers or anyone dealing with nasal congestion.

The tubing connects at the top of your head instead of in front, which helps keep movement unrestricted. You can sleep on your side, back, or even stomach without the hose pulling on your mask.

If other full face masks have felt like too much, the X30i is worth considering for its lightweight feel and balanced approach to support, freedom, and functionality.

  • The pillows cushion should be replaced twice per month to receive the best treatment possible. Check our part finder.
  • Clean the cushion daily with mild CPAP soap and water, avoid UV or ozone cleaners as they can damage the materials.
  • Use CPAP mask wipes for quick cleanups, especially in the morning when removing facial oils helps keep a consistent seal.
  • Deep clean hard-to-reach areas with the CPAP cleaning brush set, especially around the nasal pillows and elbow connector.
  • For full sanitization without damage, use a CPAP cleaning machine that doesn't rely on ozone or UV.
  • The top-of-head tube connection allows for easy movement during sleep , support it with a CPAP pillow that helps keep the hose out of the way.
  • Apply a CPAP-safe moisturizer before bed if you experience any nasal dryness or irritation under the mouth cushion.
  • Add strap covers if you notice red marks from the headgear or want extra softness along the sides.
  • Mask liners can provide additional comfort if the cushion leaves light marks or you want a softer contact layer.

    I wanted to love it. I was so excited when I saw its release but the logistics just don’t work for me. I’m a side sleeper and I have found when I tuck my hand under my face (which I didn’t realize was habit until this mask) I end up cutting off air flow. I wear an eye sleep mask and putting it over the mask means cutting off air flow. Putting it under the mask is hard to push the eye mask up to see. If the hose placement was different it would be a great mask!
