ResMed AirFit X30i Oral-Nasal (Full Face) CPAP Mask

The AirFit X30i is a hybrid oral-nasal mask: a soft cushion seals around your mouth while nasal pillows sit right at your nostrils, so you get the coverage of a full face mask without a cushion pressing on your nose bridge or a bar across your forehead.

It is worth a look if you deal with nasal congestion or want a full seal without a single cushion doing all the work. If you already know you are a mouth breather, the oral cushion gives you a dedicated seal around your mouth instead of relying on nasal pillows alone. Because the tube connects at the top of your head instead of your face, turning onto your side or stomach does not pull at the mask, and there is nothing blocking your view if you like to read or wear glasses before bed.

A hybrid seal takes a little more practice to fit than a single-cushion mask, and it is not the easiest match if you have a heavy beard along the seal line or breathe almost entirely through your mouth. If that sounds like you, the AirFit F30i uses the same frame and headgear with one full-face cushion instead, so switching between the two does not mean starting over.

Note: Just select your frame size (Small, Standard, or Large). Every starter pack includes a one-size oral cushion. The Standard and Large frame packs also include all three nasal pillow sizes (Small, Medium, Large) so you can find your seal; the Small frame pack includes the Small and Medium nasal pillows, with the Large pillow sold separately.
