Overview

The nasal pillows cushion for the AirFit X30i is designed to create a seal with minimal facial contact and deliver airflow directly at the nostrils while reducing bulk on your face.

This dual-wall silicone cushion adapts to movement during sleep, helping you stay sealed even if you turn or shift positions. Its under-the-nose design leaves the bridge of your nose untouched, avoiding pressure and keeping your field of vision clear.

Note: This is only the nasal pillows replacement cushion for the AirFit X30i mask. It works with all X30i frames and the standard oral cushion. Be sure to select the correct size that works for you: Small, Medium, or Large.

Quick to Replace & Easy to Fit

Swapping out the pillows is simple—pop the old ones off and click the new ones in. They fit naturally under your nose, and if the seal starts to loosen or the pillows feel worn, a fresh set helps keep things working smoothly.

Soft but Supportive Design

Each pillow has a dual-wall structure. The outer part flexes with your skin, while the inner part holds its shape to keep a steady seal. They’re soft enough to feel comfortable all night but firm enough not to shift out of place.

Soft Dual-Wall Structure

Each pillow is shaped with a dual-wall design: the outer layer adapts to your skin, while the inner part holds its form to support a steady seal. The material is soft enough to avoid irritation but structured enough to stay in place through position changes.

Works with the Oral Cushion

These pillows are part of the X30i’s hybrid system. While the oral cushion covers and delivers airflow to your mouth, the pillows handle the airflow through your nose. This setup lets you breathe more naturally—through your nose, your mouth, or both—without dealing with dryness or disruptions.

Made for the AirFit X30i Mask

These nasal pillows are designed specifically for the ResMed AirFit X30i—a hybrid full face CPAP mask that delivers air through both the mouth and nose. They fit right into the X30i frame and work with most CPAP and BiPAP machines, even at higher or changing pressure settings.

Airflow Straight to the Nose

The pillows sit just under your nostrils and deliver air directly through the nose. They stay in place when you change positions and don’t press down on the bridge of your nose, so there’s no need for extra gear like chinstraps.

Important Tips

  • Replace your nasal pillows about every two weeks to maintain a secure and comfortable seal—find them fast in the replacement parts section.
  • Clean the nasal pillows daily with warm water and gentle CPAP soap to prevent buildup and extend their life.
  • Avoid ozone or UV sanitizers; stick to CPAP-safe cleaner to avoid damaging the silicone.
  • If the pillows feel loose or leak, they may be worn out or the wrong size—try a different size with help from the Mask Finder quiz.
  • Always air-dry the pillows out of direct sunlight after washing to preserve their shape.
  • A snug fit doesn’t mean tight—adjust your headgear slightly to help the pillows form a gentle seal.
  • For on-the-go cleaning, use CPAP wipes for quick refreshes between full washes.
  • Redness or irritation around the nose could be a sign the pillows are due for replacement or not cleaned regularly.
  • If the nasal pillows shift at night, consider sleeping with a CPAP pillow to reduce movement.
  • Check the vent holes on the pillow area are clear before bedtime for optimal airflow and quiet operation.
  • Pair the nasal pillows with a well-fitting oral cushion for full hybrid mask performance.
  • Keep extra nasal pillow sets on hand so you’re always ready for a quick swap when needed.
