The top-of-head hose connection keeps the front of your face clear, and the quick-release elbow lets you disconnect easily if you need to step away during the night. Magnetic clips make reattaching your headgear simple and consistent every time.

This is the replacement frame for the X30i mask. The full AirFit X30i CPAP Mask setup is also available.

Returns Policy
  • Replace the frame every 3 months to ensure consistent support and minimize wear—find replacements through the Part Finder tool.
  • Avoid ozone or UV cleaners for this frame, as they can damage materials; use mild CPAP soaps instead or a CPAP-safe cleaner .
  • Wash the frame weekly with neutralizing pre-wash soap to prevent buildup and irritation.
  • Let the frame air-dry completely, out of direct sunlight, to avoid warping the structure.
  • If your tubing pulls or tugs, make sure the quick-release elbow at the top is positioned comfortably; consider using CPAP hose covers to reduce tension.
  • Store the frame in a clean, dust-free space and avoid leaving it exposed when not in use.
  • For extra comfort where the frame touches your face, try strap covers to reduce pressure marks.
  • Always check the magnetic clips for proper alignment before use—important for secure fit and easy removal.
  • If your mask feels loose or shifts during sleep, verify your headgear is still firm and not stretched out.
  • Use CPAP wipes for quick spot cleaning of the frame after nightly use.
  • Never twist the elbow aggressively when detaching tubing; use the built-in quick-release feature gently.

This is the main structural frame used with the ResMed AirFit X30i oral-nasal (Full Face) CPAP mask. It supports the cushion and connects to the headgear, allowing the full mask system to deliver consistent airflow during sleep apnea therapy.

Oral-Nasal Hybrid CPAP Therapy

The frame is part of a hybrid mask that combines a seal under the nose with coverage around the mouth. It’s intended for people with sleep apnea who breathe through both their nose and mouth during the night.

Full Face CPAP Design

While it delivers therapy like a full face mask, the X30i frame avoids bulky coverage. Its top-of-head hose connection and minimal contact design make it easier to move freely and maintain a good seal throughout the night.

Top-of-Head Tube Design

The frame routes the hose connection to the top of your head, keeping it off your face while you sleep. This setup helps reduce tugging on the mask and gives you more freedom to change positions—especially useful if you move a lot at night or like to sleep on your side.

Flexible Frame & Built-In Swivel Elbow
