"I was prescribed a Resmed Aircurve 10 back in 2019, and it has worked flawlessly until the past month where the motor started to get noisy. In VAuto mode, EPAP runs from 3 to 25 cm H2O and IPAP from 4 to 25 cm H2O, with a fixed pressure support between them. Does this AirCurve 11 VAuto include the ClimateLineAir heated tube?

No. This configuration (model 39018, AirCurve 11 VAuto USA CO) includes the HumidAir 11 standard water tub and standard tubing. The version bundled with ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing is a separate model (39019, USA TRI). You can also add the ClimateLineAir 11 heated tube later (model 39102); when using it, switch Climate Control from Auto to Manual to access the humidity level setting.
