How to Use

• Before each usage, give the MDI a good shake.
• Insert the MDI into the chamber's backpiece.
• Apply the mask on the face or insert the mouthpiece into the mouth to establish a good seal.
• The patient should exhale via the mask while maintaining a good mask/face seal.
• At the start of a slow deep inhalation, depress the inhaler (MDI).
• Maintain the effective mask/face seal and breathe 5-6 more breaths through the chamber before delivering another puff of medicine.
• If you're using the model with the Flow signal whistle and you hear a whistle, reduce your inhaling time.
• After 30 seconds, continue steps 4 through 8 as directed.

How to Clean

• To remove the rear piece, twist the chamber while holding the rubber end.
• Soak both portions in lukewarm water with liquid detergent for 15 minutes. Gently agitate.
• Using clean water, rinse the components. Excess water should be shaken out
• You may also clean the chamber in your dishwasher on the top rack. Make sure it's in an upright position by securing it. It's not a good idea to boil the chamber.
• Rinse the facemask or mouthpiece with water if you're worried about contact dermatitis.
• Allow to dry completely in a vertical posture.
  When the device is totally dry and ready to use, replace the rear piece.
