ResMed Mirage SoftGel & Activa LT Nasal Frame System

This is the frame assembly for the ResMed Mirage SoftGel and Mirage Activa LT nasal masks. It includes the mask frame, the swivel, the forehead support with its pad, and the headgear clips for each side. It comes in Small and Standard sizes and is FSA/HSA eligible.

The frame is part of ResMed's ConvertAble series, so the same frame works with both the Mirage SoftGel and the Mirage Activa LT cushions, letting you switch between the two cushion types without buying a new frame. You add the cushion and headgear separately: pair it with a Mirage Activa LT cushion and, if your cushion clips are worn, a set of Mirage cushion clips.

A fresh frame assembly restores the stable, secure fit of your mask when the old one wears or cracks. If you would rather replace the whole mask, we also carry the complete Mirage Activa LT mask.
