Important Tips

  • Fit the Nova Nasal lying down in your usual sleep position. The RollFit cushion seals under therapy pressure, so let the machine reach your working pressure before adjusting the headgear tightness.
  • If you are between sizes, order the Fit Pack (NVN1SMLA) to test Small, Medium, and Large cushions at home before committing to one size.
  • If you wake with leaks, try a different cushion size before tightening the headgear. The SwingFit is designed to hold position with a light, even fit, and overtightening almost always makes leaks worse.
  • This reduces hose pull on the mask when you change positions during the night.
  • The Nova Nasal is for nasal breathers only. If you breathe through your mouth or wake with a dry mouth, add a chin strap (sold separately) to keep your mouth closed during the night.
  • Rinse the RollFit cushion, headgear, and diffuser daily with warm water and mild soap, and let all parts air dry before reassembling. Replace the cushion approximately every 3 months or sooner if you notice persistent leaks or visible wear.
  • Download the free LightTrip app and pair it over Bluetooth before your first night away. The machine has no screen, so the app is the easiest way to start therapy, adjust the ramp, and run a mask fit check.
  • Flying? Keep the machine in your carry-on, switch it to airplane mode with a double click of the Bluetooth button, and bring the FAA compliance letter in case your airline asks for documentation. Confirm your carrier's CPAP policy before you travel.
  • Check the disposable machine filter weekly and replace it about every 6 months. It is not washable. The box includes 3 filters, andreplacement filters are available when you run out.
  • The power supply accepts 100-240V, so it works on outlets worldwide with a simple plug-shape adapter. For car or RV trips, theDC adapter is made for vehicle use.
