Important Tips

  • Fit the Eson lying down in your usual sleep position. The RollFit cushion settles into its seal under therapy pressure, so let the machine reach working pressure before deciding whether the fit feels right.
  • If you wake with a red mark on your nose bridge, the cushion may be too large. Try the next size down before tightening the headgear. A smaller cushion that seals cleanly will leave less of a mark than a larger one held on too tight.
  • The ErgoForm headgear is designed to ride high on the back of your head, not low on your neck. Position it there before lying down and it will stay in place more consistently through the night.
  • The Eson is for nasal breathers only. If you breathe through your mouth or wake with a dry mouth, add a chin strap (sold separately) to keep your mouth closed during the night.
  • Rinse the cushion, frame, headgear, and diffuser daily with warm water and mild soap, and let all parts air dry before reassembling. Replace the RollFit cushion approximately every 3 months or sooner if you notice persistent leaks or visible wear.
  • Download the free LightTrip app and pair it over Bluetooth before your first night away. The machine has no screen, so the app is the easiest way to start therapy, adjust the ramp, and run a mask fit check.
  • Flying? Keep the machine in your carry-on, switch it to airplane mode with a double click of the Bluetooth button, and bring the FAA compliance letter in case your airline asks for documentation. Confirm your carrier's CPAP policy before you travel.
  • Check the disposable machine filter weekly and replace it about every 6 months. It is not washable. The box includes 3 filters, and replacement filters are available when you run out.
  • The included storage bag protects the machine between uses. If you want more structure and room for the tubing and power supply, a dedicated carrying case is available.
  • The machine operates at elevations up to 7,500 feet. If your trip goes higher than that, plan your sleeping arrangements at a lower elevation.
