  • Plug the Voxi 5 into a standard 120V wall outlet—no special electrical setup required.
  • Use the built-in castor wheels to move the device easily between rooms without lifting or straining.
  • Place the concentrator in a well-ventilated area, away from walls or curtains, to ensure proper airflow and cooling.
  • Keep the device on a flat, stable surface to avoid tipping or blocking the intake vents.
  • Set your oxygen flow rate between 1 and 5 LPM as prescribed—avoid changing settings without guidance from your doctor.
  • Even at the highest flow, it maintains oxygen purity between 87–96%—no need to monitor or adjust beyond your prescribed setting.
  • Clean the exterior and filter regularly using wipes or a damp cloth—always unplug the unit first.
  • Check the air filter weekly and wash it if it appears dusty. Dry completely before reinserting.
  • Use a cleaning brush set to help clean tubing if your oxygen setup includes nasal cannulas or masks.
  • Don’t block the alarm sounds. Keep the unit in a location where you can hear it clearly in case of alerts.
  • If you sleep nearby, its 45-decibel operation is quiet enough to run overnight without disturbing rest.
  • Ensure pets or young children don’t pull on tubing or push the unit. It’s mobile but should remain upright at all times.
